I have been using my HP 4600 Color LaserJet for over a year and it has been problem free.  Prior to using the 4600, I've been using a HP 4500 for my CD/DVD covers and inserts and when I've had to to replace fuser, drum and transfer belts their tech support has been great at helping me do it myself. Also i've been using a HP 4 plus for my black and white printing needs, and it's been solid as a rock. I just upgraded to HP 4100 LaserJet and I'm sure I won't have any issues. So thanks for the great service and the top quality refurbished HP printer.
